• Mar 2020 - Recruitment paused due to COVID-19

• 2021 - Trial extension approved by the NIHR
  to recruit additional participants

• Jul 2021 - Recruitment restarted

​

• Jan 2022 - End of recruitment

​

• Mar 2023 - Completion of 12-month follow-ups

​

• 2023 - Final trial report to be published by the end of the year
